Previous Meeting:
Minutes of the previous meeting held on 6 December 1997 hadbeen circulated. The minutes were approved by the meeting and signedby the chairman.
Correspondence:
An Email message from John Ruller to the INCR Internet mailinglist about his proposed Momentum article on " Jobs on spec" was discussed. The meeting agreed that any members who wished to express a view couldcontact John Ruller direct.
General Business:
The committee for ASPACI 2000 reported that organisationalwork was proceeding OK. Conference venue and field day site has beenarranged and sponsorship is to be addressed shortly. The memberswere advised that they would be required for working committees to be arrangedat the April or June meeting.
The schedule of future meetings was discussed. It was noted that John Duncan is scheduled to make a presentation on hisPhotogrammetry research at the June meeting and that John Tindall is toarrange for Professor Bill Yandell to be guest speaker at the August meeting.
Next Meeting:
The next meeting is to be held at Bathurst at 11am onSunday 5 April 1998. The meeting will be preceded by a conferencecommencing on Friday 3 April. The program has been circulatedto members.

Mark George gave a very interesting talk on Motor Cyclesillustrated by graphics and photographs.
