Previous Meeting:
Minutes of the previous meeting held on 15 June 1998 had
been circulated. The minutes were approved by the meeting and signed
by the chairman.
Correspondence:
Nil.
ASPACI 2000:
Prior to the meeting the committee for ASPACI 2000 met with the
National executive to review progress organising the Conference to be held
at Panthers on 13-17 February 2000. The national executive
has approved our program.
Conference venue Panthers has been confirmed and sponsorship is being
addressed. The field day site has yet to be finalised.
General Business:
The schedule of future meetings was discussed. It was noted that
John Tindall is to arrange for Professor Bill Yandell to be guest speaker
at the October meeting.
Next Meeting:
The next meeting is to be held at a suitable location
in October 1998.
Guest Speaker:
John Ruller (National President ASPACI) addressed the meeting
in relation to accreditation
The meeting closed at 2.40 pm and was followed by a presentation to
prospective sponsors representatives, the National executive, and
other members present.
