Previous Meeting:
Minutes of the previous meeting held on 16 August 1998 had
been circulated. The minutes were approved by the meeting and signed
by the chairman.

General Business:
It was decided that the Accreditation Notes prepared by John Ruller
would be circulated for discussion at a future meeting.
The schedule of future meetings was discussed. It was noted that
John Tindall is to arrange for Professor Bill Yandell to present his talk
on 'Friction' at the December meeting. Mark George will also report
on the test day that he conducted at the Goulburn Police Academy.
Next Meeting:
The next meeting is to be held at a suitable location
on 7 December 1998.
Guest Speaker:
Professor Bill Yandell was unable attend due to a court commitment
so Andrew Brown arranged to put each member present through a personal
'Decision Reaction Time' assessment using a computer program being developed
by George Bonnet (REC-TEC) in conjunction with Andrew and other reconstructionists
around the world.
Results will be made available at the next meeting.
