Russell Mills opened the meeting at 5.45 pm

The schedule of future meetings was discussed.  It was decided to hold another mini-conference at Bathurst during April 1999.  This is planned to commence midmorning on Friday 23 and conclude late morning Sunday 25 April 1999.  A visit to the State Coroner's facilities at Glebe is proposed for the June meeting subject to availability.

Roger Stuart-Smith provided a draft letter to the NSW Police requesting a review of the operation of the Vehicle Examination Unit to provide more appropriate information.

The meeting discussed the proposed activities of the conference with final details left in the hands of the Chairman.

ASPACI 2000
In preparation for the national conference the organising committee has arranged for the business name  'ASPACI NSW' to be registered.

The meeting endorsed that action and authorised the opening of a bank account with any two of the following to sign - Russell Mills, Alan Brown, Andrew Brown and Mark George.

Next Meeting:

It was decided that the next meeting would be held on 25 April 1999 in conjunction with the Bathurst conference.

Nil.

Mark George was not available to make a presentation on the Goulburn crash day due to court commitments.
