MINUTES OF 42nd MEETING

Members gathered at 6 pm  Russell Mills opened the formal meeting at 6:03 pm
 
Attendance:
Alan Brown, Andrew Brown, Neil Gillies, Robert Hall, Grant Johnston, Egon Meinhardt, Russell Mills, Roger Stuart-Smith, Colin Wingrove.
Apologies:
Mal Andrews, Bryan Bain, Mark George, Brian Rae, Graham Weekes, Chris Wells
Confirmation of Minutes:
The minutes of meeting held on 13 December 1999 were confirmed.
Conference:
The successful February 2000 conference was discussed and Andrew Brown showed the format of the conference CD that is being prepared for issue to the conference delegates.
General Business:
It was decided to apply for a ABN number for ASPACI NSW  but not to apply for GST registration.
It was decided that the current office holders would continue until the October 2000  when elections would be held.
Next Meeting:
The next meeting  Monday 17 July 2000 at a location to be arranged.  
A tentative date for following meeting was set - 23 October 2000.
Guest Speaker:
There was no guest speaker.
 
The meeting closed at 7:30 pm.
