| Members gathered at 6 pm and Russell Mills opened the formal meeting
at 6:10 pm |

| Attendance: |
Bryan Bain, Allan Bird, Alan Brown, Andrew Brown, Mark George,
Bob Hall, Nigel McDonald, Egon Meinhardt, Russell Mills, Brian Reay, Rodney
Vaughan, Colin Wingrove and Hal Woodward.

Confirmation of Minutes:

The minutes of meeting held on 17 July 2000 were confirmed.

| General Business: |

There is considerable equipment left over from the crash testing at Penrith.
This is currently being stored by Mark George. The meeting discussed storage
options for this equipment, which can be used for other ASPACI activities.
Mark George and Andrew Brown are to obtain cost estimates for the next
meeting.

The new District Court rules for experts and experiences of expert conferences
were discussed.

Russel Mills to follow up on availability of speaker from Fifth Wheel Recon
Engineering for future meeting.

| Election of State Director and Secretary: |
Andrew Brown was elected as State Director and Bryan Bain was
elected Secretary.

| Next Meeting: |
The next meeting at a date and location to be arranged.

| Guest Speakers: |
Alan Brown and Colin Wingrove gave a presentation on their
attendance at WREX 2000. Alan showed video footage and stills from
conference activites and there was some discussion on the papers and field
days.
