The minutes of meeting held on 4 October 2001 were confirmed.

| Election of Officers: |
- Andrew Brown was re-elected as State Director.
- Bryan Bain was re-elected as State Secretary.

| General Business: |
- Members were given an update on the results of the ASPACI Special General Meeting.
- New Email addresses have been issued to all office bearers. These are listed in each edition of Momentum.
- Members advised of the iCrash conference to be held in Melbourne the following week.
- Update of programme for ASPACI2002 tabled.
- Members discussed the ASPACI AGM to be held during the conference.
- Yahoo Email system - Roger raised the need to clarify who is replied to (list or individual) when you reply to a message
